- Capital Projects Advisory is a project and programme advisory business carved out of global engineering and professional services group WorleyParsons, adding around 110 professionals to TSA
- The acquisition broadened and deepened TSA's capability in delivering large, complex capital projects, taking the group to approximately 530 employees
- Miles advised the TSA shareholders on the acquisition – it was TSA's first acquisition following Quadrant Private Equity's purchase of a majority stake from Livingbridge earlier in 2021, demonstrating continuity of the buy-and-build strategy under new ownership
