- Pactum Dairy Group (PDG) was a Shepparton-based UHT dairy milk processor, established in 2014 as a joint venture between Freedom Foods and Australian Consolidated Milk (ACM), providing long-life dairy capability for branded and third-party domestic and export customers
- Miles advised ACM on the sale of its 50% interest in PDG to its joint venture partner Freedom Foods Group (ASX: FNP) for equity consideration of $50.7 million, comprising $50 million in cash and an issue of 168,538 shares in Freedom Foods
- ACM remained a key long-term strategic supply partner, entering a 10-year dairy milk supply agreement covering its Northern Victorian farmer suppliers
