• The CARe Automotive Group, an Australian collision repair group established in 2022 and operating 18 centres nationally, acquired MotorOne Autobody
• The combination brings together 38 collision repair centres nationwide, positioning CARe as one of the largest collision repair networks in Australia and broadening its footprint across the eastern seaboard‍

Insurers increasingly direct work to larger, accredited networks that can deliver consistent quality, coverage and turnaround, while rising vehicle complexity - advanced driver-assistance systems, electric drivetrains and modern materials - is lifting the capital and technical investment required to repair vehicles to manufacturer standard. These forces reward scale.
