  • Fine Foods is a manufacturer and distributor of premium crackers and Max Foods is a premium seafood business importing and distributing chilled and packaged products
  • The business comprised company owned and licensed brands including OB Finest, Olina’s Bakehouse and Ocean Blue, distributed into 3,000+ retail stores in Australia and 4,100+ retail stores in the US
  • CPE combined the businesses under a single platform (later operating as Gourmet Food), spanning premium crackers, sugar-free biscuits and chilled and packaged seafood
